Trevco, a prominent company in Plymouth, has expanded its production capabilities by investing in two Opal XL semi-automatic doming machines from Liquid Lens. The decision followed a successful product demonstration and thorough training to ensure a smooth integration into their production process
Trevco first approached Liquid Lens for printed, cut, and domed samples, which left a strong impression. This led to a visit to the Liquid Lens showroom, where Trevco witnessed a live demonstration of the Opal XL. Impressed with the results, speed of production and curing, Trevco decided to invest in two of these semi-automatic doming machines.
Andy Huxley, Liquid Lens’s technical manager, travelled to Plymouth to install the machines and provide training to Chris Hemes and his team. The installation and hands-on training ensured that Trevco could efficiently integrate the new equipment into their operations.
