Countries We Ship To
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed on our website, please contact us, and we will work to add it to our shipping options. Currently, we do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus due to trade restrictions.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following international shipping options:
- Standard and Express Next Day: For European deliveries.
- Express Saver: For deliveries to the rest of the world.
Our trusted shipping partners are DHL, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring secure and timely delivery across the globe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the order. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid upon arrival at customs. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination. While we cannot provide specific estimates on our website, you will receive estimated delivery times via the tracking link. Delivery times are influenced by location and shipping method selected.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. We do not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services and do not cover customs fees for any region.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, delays at customs may occur if customers do not provide the correct business information, such as Address, EORI Number, or Tax ID Number.
Tracking & Notifications
All international shipments include tracking, and customers will receive their tracking information via email. We keep you updated throughout the shipping process, ensuring you know where your order is at all times.
Packaging & Handling
We ensure all international shipments are packaged to withstand longer transit times. There are no additional handling fees for packaging international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for international customers. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Products must be examined for damage before refunds are processed. If items are damaged, used, or tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Please see our International Returns Policy for further details.
Shipping Restrictions
We can ship most products internationally. However, for certain countries (e.g., the US), additional documentation such as TSCA certification is required to prove that our polyurethane resin is non-hazardous.
Signature Requirement
For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery for all international orders, particularly for high-value items.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an item is lost, damaged, or delayed during international shipping, we will offer a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not provide insurance, but we are committed to resolving any issues regarding lost or damaged goods.
Currency and Payment Methods
We display prices in GBP, USD, and EUR. Currently, we accept international payments via Stripe.
Language Support
While we do not provide multilingual customer service, our website is fully compatible with Google Translate, enabling international customers to access the content in their preferred language.
