The OpalXL semi automatic doming machine is easy to use and highly accurate. Now featuring a 3D printed hand gun with a two-way trigger switch, this resin dispensing machine provides easier control and greater comfort, allowing you to place the resin perfectly. It combines programmable logic controller technology, a dispensing head, and a resin flow pinch valve to deliver simple, clean, and reliable doming.

Once the resin application is complete, you can place the work tray and labels into the Opal Curing Oven. This oven enables production of touch dry labels in just 90 minutes, ensuring a seamless workflow. The OpalXL machine sits perfectly on top of the oven, or the oven can be used independently alongside one of our doming kits.
